At Les Tontons Livreurs, a Paris-based startup offering a van reservation service with drivers, I brought a clear product and design vision, aligning the design strategy with the company’s goals of improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

I led the redesign of the booking app for customers, enhancing usability and making the reservation process more intuitive and seamless.

Additionally, I developed mobile and smartwatch apps for delivery drivers, ensuring they had efficient, user-friendly tools to manage their deliveries on the go.

Results after 4 months : Achieved a 4x increase in conversion rate (from 3% to 12%), reduced acceptance time from 3 hours to 3 minutes, cut incoming client calls to the call center by a third, and halved development time.
