Les Tontons Livreurs was a Paris startup renting vans with a driver. The booking flow converted at 3%, and a request took around three hours to be accepted by a driver.

I redesigned the customer booking app and built the driver side from scratch, a mobile app and a smartwatch app to accept and manage jobs on the move. I also handled the product side: vision, priorities, and what we shipped when.

Four months later conversion was at 12%, acceptance time had dropped to three minutes, incoming calls to the call center were down by a third, and development time had been halved.
