Sodexo runs multiple product teams and, with them, multiple disconnected component libraries.
I led the effort to consolidate them into one global design system: defining governance and contribution rules, improving the foundations and tokens, and building the boards and documentation the teams work from.
As much organisational as technical convincing teams to work from the same system.
