Auxo was pivoting its data platform towards AI: helping executives make decisions based on modeling, recommendation and simulation rather than raw dashboards.

As the only designer, I owned the design of that shift. A complete redesign of the application, new products inside it (a BI tool, an AI agent, AI analysis, planning calendars, digital twins), and the foundations and design system underneath.

I also set the design roadmap and its priorities, and contributed to the product strategy itself.
