As part of managing the design system, I conducted a comprehensive audit, including team interviews and an inventory of existing systems, applications, kits, and tools. Following this audit, I proposed a design system development strategy, along with the implementation of governance, prioritization of key elements, and the definition of a clear roadmap.

I also took charge of the organization and structuring of files and libraries in Figma, while overseeing the improvement and creation of new components. To ensure team continuity and coherence, I established processes, operating rules, and workflows, as well as managing backlogs.

Additionally, I ensured thorough documentation of the design system by setting up changelogs and versioning to track updates. Finally, I led the monitoring and analysis of metrics and KPIs to guarantee ongoing system efficiency and quality.
