CleverConnect

As part of Design System Management at CleverConnect, I was responsible for overseeing the design system’s governance, consistency, and scalability across multiple products. I ensured seamless integration between design and development, set up processes, and maintained comprehensive system documentation to support continuous improvement.

I played a key role in the conception and vision of the future platform, which aimed to merge all of CleverConnect’s diverse products into a unified experience. This involved defining the strategic direction and aligning design efforts with the company’s goal of combining human intelligence and AI to help companies reach their recruiting objectives.

Additionally, I focused on improving the user experience of the platform’s applications for recruiters, candidates, and employees, ensuring the tools were both user-friendly and effective.

I also led transversal projects, such as designing a new navigation system and developing internal tools, which facilitated better workflows and enhanced overall platform usability.
