CleverConnect had grown into several separate products for recruiters, candidates and employees. I designed the vision of a platform that would bring them into one experience: a new navigation system, dashboards, and the features that went with it, taken to prototypes and ready for development.

Alongside it I managed the design system across those products: governance, processes with the development teams, documentation and worked with a UI designer in my team.

I also handled transversal projects, including internal tools for the recruitment teams.
