Agicap is a cash management tool: it only works if the banking, accounting and payment data flowing into it is right.

I redesigned the connection paths for those integrations, and the tools to manage them when they break.

That second part was internal: incident management for the Customer Care and Customer Success teams, plus tools for Sales and Account Executives.

It brought down the number of tickets opened, and improved both the quality and the response time on the incidents that remained.
