I also spearheaded the redesign of bank, accounting, and payment connection paths, optimizing the connection management for better user experience and alignment with business needs.

Additionally, I designed internal tools tailored for Customer Success (CS), Account Executives (AE), Customer Care, and Sales teams, enhancing their ability to serve clients more effectively and streamline operations.
